The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Insurance" (re Agricultural Risks)

The Bill (Reg. No.3248) enhances current procedure and mechanisms of rendering governmental assistance to the agriculture. Thus, the Bill envisages "enhancement of normative and legal regulation of activity concerning insurance in the agricultural sector by means of providing due motivation for the subjects of agrarian market to insure the risks connected with their business".
